As I was listening to the 3 min news report the other day, I thought of how everything around us is so unstable, insecure and everchanging.
There is no definite anymore, no definite truth only opinions and it seems that whatever your opinion is, is the truth and no one has the right to correct you.
There are many who call themselves Christians but never enter a church or read the WORD. They're not sure if they're going to heaven, some aren't even sure if Jesus rose from the dead! Really? Without the resurrection, Jesus would have not been a saviour, but just another prophet and teacher!
It all seems very confusing. Many lives are being lost because of hopelessness, they just can't see a way out of their situation, out of their darkness, it's very sad!
2 Corinthians 4:4 says "Satan, the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don't believe, so they are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News that is shining upon them."
Well, let me give you the 3min Good News report. In the midst of all this chaos, there is something that never changes, that gives hope, that brings light into our lives... The word of God and His Name is Jesus!
In John 14:6 Jesus said... " I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life..."
Jesus goes on to say that there is no way that leads to the Father!
AW Tozer said, "Christ is not one of many ways to approach God, nor is He the best of several ways; He is the ONLY way."
Thomas Kempis says it like this...
"I AM the Way unchangeable; the Truth infallible; the Life everlasting."
So if you feel you've lost your way or you're at a crossroad and don't know which way to turn Jesus is the way Look to Him!
If you're confused or not sure what to believe anymore with all the voices around you - Jesus is the Truth - listen to him!
If you feel you've lost control of your life, are sick and tired of being sick and tired or you just don't like your life Jesus is the Life - Draw from him!
There is no other way that leads to God!
No other life promises the fullness of joy, peace and divine blessing!
"I Am the resurrection and the Life. Anyone who believes in ME will live, even after dying." (John 11:25)
