Hi Everyone,

Have you noticed that at times God will speak to us unexpectedly in the midst of whatever we are doing? Well, that’s what happened to me recently. I was looking for my keys in my bag, and of course, they were at the bottom! So here I was, pulling everything out of my bag, saying to myself, “I’ve got so much in here, I’m ready for anything!” When suddenly, God began to speak to me.

I had a vision of this bag full of everything we could ever need to live our lives and heard this, “MY Darling child, you already have everything you will ever need to live a victorious life. You just need to draw it out whenever the need arises.”

I then remembered the scripture in 1 Peter 1 :3-4, "By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life…. And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises…”

Ephesians 1:3 says, “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, WHO has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.”

I began to think, yes, of course, we have the Holy Spirit, which guides us and reminds us of God’s Word, comforts etc. Read John 14:15-26. We have His Word, His amour, the Name of JESUS and all His promises. So whatever situation we find ourselves in, God has an answer, we just need to draw it our of the spiritual bag!

When Jesus said ‘it is finished’ (John 19:30) on the cross, He was telling us that it’s all been completed. His death and resurrection have given us salvation, healing, deliverance etc.

He’s given us authority Luke 10:19 and His precious Name John 14:13, 15:16, 16:23-24.

We should never feel defeated, but I think sometimes we get so focused on our situation that we forget how blessed we really are! Have a think about it this week a lookup in the scripture what God says about your situation, and if you can’t find it ask the HOLY SPIRIT, HE will remind you and help you find it. You will find it will bring peace and security.

“Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing.” (Psalm 34:10)
